We have got the go ahead from Swale Council's planning department after much deliberation and now we have also got the grant after the feeasability study was approved - great news - so this pilot scheme can be monitored over time when its finished to see how successful the project will be for such a small outlay of just £30K.
ReplyDeleteThe plant and tree planting will be a good indication of how stable the surface will become and perhaps the local college and Eastchurch School could become involved in the research over a period of time to confirm the merits of the project.
Lots of opportunities for both school and college interaction....
